Objectives: The objective is to compare the learning curves between two pioneer and three second-generation surgeons for RAPN in terms of WIT, CD and positive surgical margins.
Materials And Methods: The charts of consecutive RAPNs of three centres were reviewed from the UroCCR prospective database. The experience was assessed by a regression model for each group.

Background: Defect closure with mesh suture is a novel technique for hernia repair. Originally described as the construction of lightweight macroporous polypropylene mesh strips as a suture material, it is now available as an FDA-approved product. Mesh suture better distributes tensile forces and reduces fascial tearing compared to traditional suture but requires less implanted material and tissue dissection compared to planar mesh.

Objectives: To develop a predictive tool to assist in predicting the risk of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) following robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN).
Methods: A retrospective review was performed on the prospectively maintained, IRB-approved database to identify all consecutive patients who underwent RAPN between 2008 and 2023. Patients with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD), horseshoe kidneys, solitary kidneys, and previous renal transplant recipients were excluded.

Background: Examination maneuvers used to diagnose developmental hip dysplasia (DDH) translate poorly to video and written curricula. This poses a challenge to teaching the infant hip exam to orthopedic, family medicine, and pediatric trainees. This work investigated the impact of the MiHip simulation-based training program on residents' knowledge, confidence, and exam skills in the simulated setting, and translation of these skills to the clinical setting.
