Participants aged 18-74 years from the sixth round of China Chronic Disease and Risk Factor Surveillance in 2018 were included. Currently, the combination of atezolizumab and bevacizumab (Atez/Bev) is recommended as the first-line therapy for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Background: Rhabdomyolysis describes a syndrome characterized by muscle necrosis and the subsequent release of creatine kinase and myoglobin into the circulation. Myoglobin elimination with extracorporeal hemoadsorption has been shown to effectively remove myoglobin from the circulation. Our aim was to provide best practice consensus statements developed by the Hemoadsorption in Rhabdomyolysis Task Force (HRTF) regarding the use of hemadsorption for myoglobin elimination.
