We are presenting a case history of a patient with advanced Hodgkin's disease, who had secondary involvement of his middle ear. To our knowledge this is the first case report of such clinical presentation where radiation therapy was of good help for bringing about symptomatic relief. Possible routes of spread are discussed and the literature is reviewed.
