: In the presence of porcelain aorta (PA), transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) has become a class I therapeutic indication for the treatment of severe aortic valve stenosis. To date, few studies have analyzed the clinical outcomes of TAVR in PA patients. We aim to analyze the calcification patterns of the thoracic aorta in PA patients and to evaluate their clinical implications for TAVR procedures.

Background And Objectives: Lung cancer screening is critical for early detection and management, particularly through the use of computed tomography (CT). This study aims to compare the Lung Imaging Reporting and Data System (Lung-RADS) Version 2022 with the British Thoracic Society (BTS) guidelines in classifying solid pulmonary nodules detected at lung cancer screening CT examinations.

Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included 224 patients who underwent lung cancer screening CT between 2016 and 2022 and had a reported solid pulmonary nodule.

: This study investigates the prevalence of calcification in mediastinal lymph nodes among sarcoidosis patients and the influencing factors. Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic inflammatory disease characterized by non-caseating epithelioid granulomas. Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy (LAP) is the most common radiographic finding, with studies showing a correlation between the frequency of lymph node calcification and disease duration, with a frequency of 3% relating to a duration of 5 years and a frequency of 20% relating to one of 10 years.

Artificial vascular grafts, as blood vessel substitutes, are a prime challenge in tissue engineering and biomaterial research. An ideal artificial graft must have physiological and mechanical properties similar to those of a natural blood vessel, and hemocompatibility on its surface. We designed and fabricated artificial grafts by applying 3D printing and templated technology, which is endowed with morphologically patient-specific vascular reconstruction.
