Unlabelled: Nonspecific back pain (NSBP) contributes greatly to the overall burden of disease from musculoskeletal conditions. Digital therapeutics (DTx) aims to address the excess demand for movement and exercise therapy resulting from this spectrum of conditions. This study aims to investigate the differential therapeutic response of NSBP to different use profiles of a digital home exercise program.
Methods: This study used a PSM model to comparatively assess the achievement of a clinically relevant pain improvement among patients who exhibit a high use (HU), intermediate use (IU), low use (LU), or sub-LU use profile. Sensitivity analyses with commonly accepted thresholds for clinically relevant improvements were conducted.
Results: Higher use profiles show a higher probability of achieving a clinically relevant improvement of self-reported pain intensities. Additionally, the achievement of any higher use level is associated with a significant increase in the probability of achieving a clinically relevant improvement.
Conclusion: To enable the optimal effectiveness of DTx home exercise programs, an HU use profile should be pursued. This finding is in line with earlier guidance for the achievement of optimal therapeutic benefit from conventional movement and exercise therapy and underscores the importance of a cross-disciplinary effort from patients, healthcare professionals and system stakeholders alike to maximize the therapeutic effect from DTx.

Introduction: Prostate cancer represents a significant oncological challenge, with its natural history predominantly driven by androgen receptor (AR) signaling. The pivotal role of this pathway underscores the rationale for targeting AR activity in therapeutic strategies. However, the development of resistance mechanisms has highlighted the need for advanced therapies to address the complexity of the castration-resistant status.

Health care value, quantified as outcome per unit cost, requires knowing which outcomes are influenced by which intervention at what cost. The value of rehabilitation is still largely unknown. Much of the reason for this limited evidence is historically poor standardization and collection of rehabilitation interventions, and objectively measured outcomes across care settings, care providers, and health care systems.

Clinical Relevance: The tear break-up time (BUT) test is important in diagnosing and monitoring tear film stability, and understanding potential changes in tear film dynamics during repeated measurements could improve the accuracy and reliability of the test in clinical practice.
Background: The study aimed to examine the changes in BUT value caused by subsequent measurements made in BUT test.
Methods: A total of 120 female participants were divided into groups (30 individuals each).

Nearly 20 million people are diagnosed with cancer each year with breast cancer being the most common among women. Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), defined by its no/low expression of ER and PR and lack of amplification of HER2, makes up 15-20% of all breast cancer cases. While patients overall have a higher response to chemotherapy, this subgroup is associated with the lowest survival rate indicating significant clinical and molecular heterogeneity demanding alternate treatment options.

Advances in the diagnosis and management of prostate cancer have significantly changed the disease landscape. While benefiting from better oncological outcomes, patients are now experiencing higher rates of non-cancer comorbidities, including cardiovascular disease. The increasing impact of cardiovascular disease in those with prostate cancer led to the expanding role of cardio-oncology professionals in enhancing the multidisciplinary care of these patients.
