CyCIF can quantify multiple biomarkers, but panel capacity is limited by technical challenges. We propose a computational panel reduction approach that can impute the information content from 25 markers using only 9 markers, learning co-expression and morphological patterns while concurrently increasing speed and panel content and decreasing cost. We demonstrate strong correlations in predictions and generalizability across breast and colorectal cancer, illustrating applicability of our approach to diverse tissue types.

Introduction: The global prevalence of people living with overweight has tripled since 1975 and more than 40% of Danish women enter pregnancy being overweight. With the increasing rates of obesity observed in children, adolescents and adults, there is an urgent need for preventive measures. Risk factors for childhood obesity include maternal overweight or obesity before conception and excessive weight gain during pregnancy.

Motivated by increasingly strengthened market-based environmental regulations, enterprises intend to pursue both pollution reduction and competitive edge through developing green innovation. Although the volume of green innovation has increased substantially, some of them are not successfully commercialized to pay rewards for enterprises. Hence, how market-based environmental regulations affect enterprise green innovation commercialization is urgently to be explored.

Objectives: To determine whether extending anti-CGRP mAb treatment beyond 3 years influences migraine course, we analyzed migraine frequency during the first month of treatment discontinuation following three 12-month treatment cycles (Ts).

Methods: This multicenter, prospective, real-world study enrolled 212 patients with high-frequency episodic migraine (HFEM) or chronic migraine (CM) who completed three consecutive Ts of subcutaneous anti-CGRP mAbs. Discontinuation periods (D1, D2, D3) were defined as the first month after T1, T2, and T3, respectively.

The structure of thermoset composite laminated plates is made by stacking layers of plies with different fiber orientations. Similarly, the stiffened panel structure is assembled from components with varying ply configurations, resulting in thermal residual stresses and processing-induced deformations (PIDs) during manufacturing. To mitigate the residual stresses caused by the geometric features of corner structures and the mismatch between the stiffener-skin ply orientations, which lead to PIDs in composite-stiffened panels, this study proposes a multi-objective stacking optimization strategy based on an improved adaptive genetic algorithm (IAGA).

The rapid expansion of photovoltaic (PV) technology as a source of renewable energy has resulted in a significant increase in PV panel waste, creating environmental and economic challenges. A promising strategy to address these challenges is the reuse of glass waste from decommissioned PV panels as a component of cementitious materials. This review explores the potential of integrating glass waste from PV panels into cementitious materials, focusing on its impact on their mechanical, thermal, and durability properties.
