Draft genomes of and coexisting within a female urinary bladder.

Here, we present the draft genome sequences of and , both isolated from the urinary bladder of an asymptomatic post-menopausal female patient with a diagnosis of recurrent urinary tract infections. These genomes will facilitate analyses of interbacterial interactions in the urinary microbiome.
