Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided ruthenium (Ru 106) plaque brachytherapy for treatment of exudative retinal detachment in diffuse choroidal haemangioma (DCH).
Methods: Retrospective analysis of four paediatric patients treated with ultrasound-guided Ru 106 plaque brachytherapy for DCH with total exudative retinal detachment directed to the thickest part of the DCH. A dose of 40 Gy to the tumour apex was delivered in all patients.

Background: Uveitis is a rare ocular adverse reaction of zoledronic acid, the specific clinical features are not clarified. This study was to investigate the clinical features of zoledronic acid-induced uveitis and provide reference for rational use of zoledronic acid.
Methods: We collected clinical data on zoledronic acid-induced uveitis for retrospective analysis by searching Chinese and English data up to October 31, 2024.

Obesity, recognized as a metabolic disease and a global epidemic, calls for novel pharmacological interventions. Menthol, an organic compound, has shown promise in increasing energy expenditure and has been proposed as a potential anti-obesity drug. While preclinical studies have demonstrated menthol's preventive effect on body mass gain, none have investigated its efficacy in treating obesity.
