This paper is a presentation of the concept "transference" in psycho-analysis. In Freud's thought, transference movements are new editions, copies of tendencies or phantasies that are the repetition of infantile prototypes, relived with a lively feeling of actuality. The text shows Freud's reflection on transference, and the importance of the countertransference which has been much developed by the post-freudians authors. Then, the principal forms of transference are presented, for example passionate transference, or transference by reversal. The psychoanalytic reflection about transference leads to study the analyst's neutrality, and to pay attention to the setting of the sessions. André Green emphasizes that the transference that is addressed to the analyst is at the same time a transference on the setting and on to speech. In the complexity of the "analytic situation" (Donnet), speech is transformed under the effect of the transference address (Rolland).

Objective: Given the potential impact on brain development and social issues related to trauma, better understanding and attending to transgenerational trauma (TT) are necessary. Typically, specific groups are examined when studying TT, which limits research on universal aspects. The present study presents qualitative data from a college sample of emerging adults between the ages of 18 and 23.

Cellulose has outstanding potential for application in energy storage batteries due to its high temperature resistance, high electrolyte affinity, renewability, and suppression of the shuttle effect, but single cellulose membranes still suffer from problems such as inhomogeneous pore distribution and unstable three-dimensional network structure. In this study, a green and sustainable regenerative cellulose (RC)/sodium alginate (SA) gel electrolyte membrane is developed by sol-gel process, the double crosslinked network scaffold centered on Zn was constructed by the synergistic hydrogen-bonding and metal ion- coordination network, the stable and uniform pore structure was also formed. The obtained RC-SA gel electrolyte membrane exhibits outstanding performance, featuring a dual crosslinked network with abundant pore structure and numerous polar groups that effectively enhance Zn transport, significantly improving battery cycling performance.

Poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) has been widely studied as an electrolyte owing to its excellent lithium compatibility and good film-forming properties. However, its electrochemical performance at room temperature remains a significant challenge due to its low ionic conductivity, narrow electrochemical window, and continuous decomposition. Herein, we prepare a multifunctional polar polymer to optimize PEO's electrochemical properties and cycling stability.

The request for hastened death by patients with psychiatric disorders poses a professional conundrum for psychiatrists. Issues of transference and countertransference loom large in such situations. Primitive defense mechanisms, particularly projective identification need to be addressed in understanding the request.

The impact of intense countertransference affects in working with patients experiencing complex trauma can have a critical effect on decisions about euthanasia, especially when such decisions are made solely on the grounds of a psychiatric condition. These countertransference dynamics become particularly significant in the context of the rising number of euthanasia requests by psychiatric patients in the Netherlands. We contend that for a subgroup of patients with complex trauma, attachment trauma, and personality disorders, the label "treatment-resistant" may be applied prematurely and incorrectly.
