: We developed delafloxacin (Dela)-loaded PLGA nanoparticles (PNPs) for potential ocular application a topical route to treat eye infections caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. : Dela-PNPs were formulated using the emulsification-solvent evaporation method and stabilized using poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA). Size and morphology were characterized by using dynamic light scattering (DLS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

A novel environmentally friendly adsorbent, poly(limonene--divinylbenzene--2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid, LIM--DVB--AMPS), was synthesized and applied for the adsorption of methylene blue from aqueous solutions in this study. The structure, morphology, and thermal stability of the green adsorbent were determined by the FTIR, SEM, TGA/DTA/DTG, and BET techniques, ζ potential, and elemental analysis. The efficiency of the adsorption process was improved with respect to several experimental conditions, viz.

Introduction: Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that mainly causes joint damage. The patient experiences loss of appetite, pain, fever, and fatigue. The present study was designed to phytochemically characterize and evaluate the anti-arthritic activity of green-synthesized copper oxide (CuO) nanoparticles (NPs) using the hydroalcoholic extract of roots in an adjuvant-induced arthritic rat model.

The swift rise of hazardous dye effluent from diverse sectors continues to be a severe public health problem and a top priority for environmental preservation, presenting a significant obstacle to the current conventional water treatment systems. This study aims to develop an efficient and reusable approach for removing cresyl fast violet dye using mullite nanoparticles. Some factors such as pH, nano-mullite dosage, agitation speed, time, and others that affect the removal process were studied.
