Background: The onset of atopic dermatitis (AD) is complex, and its specific pathological mechanisms have not yet been fully elucidated.
Methods: Using circulating multi-omics as the exposure factors and AD as the outcome, we conducted univariable MR analysis. The circulating multi-omics data included immunomics (731 immune cell types), proteomics (4907 plasma proteins), metabolomics (1400 metabolites and 486 additional metabolites), and 91 inflammatory factors.

Background: This is the initial investigation assessing the association between caffeine consumption through diet and circulating Klotho concentrations, with Klotho being recognized as a key biomarker of healthspan and aging.
Methods: This cross-sectional analysis utilized data from 11,169 adults who participated in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). Caffeine consumption was evaluated using 24-h dietary recall interviews by trained professionals, and serum Klotho concentrations were measured via an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).

Introduction: China has the largest population of individuals with diabetes, and the prevalence of various complications among patients with type 2 diabetes remains high. Diabetic nephropathy affects approximately 20% to 40% of diabetic patients, becoming a major cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. Furthermore, around 50% of patients develop diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), which is closely associated with physical disability, increased healthcare costs, and reduced work productivity.

Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) is mainly transmitted by the invasive mosquito () in tropical and subtropical regions worldwide. However, genetic adaptations of the virus to the peri domestic mosquito vector () has resulted in enhanced vector competence and associated epidemics and may contribute to further geographic expansion of CHIKV. However, evidence-based data on the relative role of in CHIKV transmission dynamics are scarce, especially in regions where is the main vector, such as in Brazil.

Objective: Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare but severe autoimmune disease characterized by immune dysregulation, fibrosis, and vasculopathy. While previous studies have highlighted the presence of functional autoantibodies targeting the angiotensin II type 1 receptor (ATR) and endothelin-1 type A receptor (ETR), leading to autoantibody-mediated receptor stimulation and subsequent activation of endothelial cells (ECs), a comprehensive understanding of the direct interaction between these autoantibodies and their receptors is currently lacking. Moreover, existing data confirming the presence of these autoantibodies in SSc often rely on similar methodologies and assays.
