Introduction: As urbanization progresses and vulnerable populations increase, equitable accessibility remains a critical issue. This study evaluates the accessibility of transit-oriented development (TOD) in Shanghai, focusing on barrier-free facilities in metro stations.
Methods: A comprehensive evaluation framework combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the System Usability Scale (SUS) was developed to assess metro station accessibility.

Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrates are garnering increasing interest for ultrasensitive high-throughput sensing. Notably, SERS-encoded nanostructures stand out due to their potential for nearly unlimited codification with excellent optical properties. In this paper we report a simple, versatile and cost-effective method for preparing SERS-encoded clusters.

Objective: Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) has shown efficacy in improving mental health and symptoms of functional dyspepsia (FD), a prevalent disorder of gut-brain interaction (DGBI). However, FD-specific CBT is not widely available or scalable. Therefore, this study explored the perspectives of patients with FD and clinicians who treat them on the use of digital CBT-based interventions.

Introduction: Simulator training is an efficient method for the development of basic laparoscopic skills. We aimed to investigate if low-cost simulators are comparable to more expensive box trainers regarding surgeons usability, likability, and performance.
Methods: This multi-center, randomized crossover study included 16 medical students, seven abdominal surgeons, and seven urological surgeons.
