The integration of crowdsourced data has become central to contemporary built environment studies, driven by the rapid growth in digital technologies and participatory approaches that characterize modern urbanism. Despite its potential, a systematic framework for its analysis remains underdeveloped. This review, conducted in accordance with the PRISMA protocol, examines the use of crowdsourced data in shaping the built environment, scrutinizing its applications, crowdsourcing techniques, methodologies, and comparison with other big data forms.

Background: The offspring of parents with bipolar disorder (BD) and with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have a higher risk of having the same condition. Both disorders also share psychopathological symptoms; however, little is known about their genetic overlap. Background: Clear sex differences exist in AD and PD. Several studies examined genetic regulations for AD phenotypes and gene expression data in a sex-specific manner, identifying some differences between males and females. In contrasts, although proteins are final effectors of most physiological pathways and important drug targets, sex-specific regulations for proteins remain vastly understudied.
