Background An accurate method of assessing the response of muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) to neoadjuvant treatment is needed for selecting candidates for bladder-sparing strategies. Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and reproducibility of neoadjuvant chemotherapy Vesical Imaging Reporting and Data System (nacVI-RADS) scores and posttreatment Vesical Imaging Reporting and Data System (VI-RADS) scores when assessing MIBC response to neoadjuvant immunotherapy with multiparametric MRI (mpMRI). Materials and Methods A retrospective analysis of MRI scans was conducted in patients enrolled in the PURE-01 study (NCT02736266) from February 2017 to December 2019 who underwent pre- and postimmunotherapy mpMRI before radical cystectomy.

High-quality prostate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is required for accurate prostate cancer detection, localization, and staging. Variability in image quality exists in practice, influenced by inconsistent adherence to technical standards, lack of patient preparation, variability in scanner performance, patient characteristics, and knowledge gaps in personnel scheduling and performing prostate MRI exams. The Prostate Imaging Quality (PI-QUAL) scoring system is a well-established tool for assessing the diagnostic quality of prostate MRI.

Background And Objective: The majority of small testicular masses (STMs) are benign and therefore radical orchidectomy (RO) may represent overtreatment. In appropriately selected patients, surveillance or testis-sparing surgery (TSS) is an alternative option to preserve testicular function. Since there are no clear guidelines, we aimed to develop consensus recommendations on the management of STMs.

Introduction: RECONCILE (ClinicalTrials.gov:NCT04340245) will identify molecular and radiomic markers associated with clinical progression and radiological progression events in a cohort of localised, newly diagnosed Gleason 3 + 4 tumours. Molecular markers will be correlated against standard of care MRI-targeted histology and oncological outcomes.
