Clinical evidence increasingly suggests that traditional treatments for dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) have limited success. In this study, blood samples from 10 DUB patients and 10 healthy controls were collected for transcriptome sequencing. Then, the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were screened and crossed with the DUB-related module genes to obtain the target genes.

Background: Stroke has emerged as an escalating public health challenge among middle-aged and older individuals in China, closely linked to glycolipid metabolic abnormalities. The Hemoglobin A1c/High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (HbA1c/HDL-C) ratio, an integrated marker of glycolipid homeostasis, may serve as a novel predictor of stroke risk.
Methods: Our investigation utilized data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study cohort (2011-2018).

This paper proposes a research framework to evaluate similar policies in different contexts. Background: Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) can be used in a variety of clinical settings and is a safe and powerful tool for ultrasound-trained healthcare providers, such as physicians and nurses; however, the effectiveness of ultrasound education for nursing students remains unclear. This prospective cohort study aimed to examine the sustained educational impact of bladder ultrasound simulation among nursing students.
Methods: To determine whether bladder POCUS simulation exercises sustainably improve the clinical proficiency regarding ultrasound examinations among nursing students, evaluations were conducted before and after the exercise and were compared with those after the 1-month follow-up exercise.
