Article Abstract
The persistence and reactivity of CAR T cells were enhanced by adding co-stimulatory domains, which is the basis of currently approved CAR-T cell therapies. However, this comes at the expense of increasing toxicities from the strong cytokine release effect. This is the first report from anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapy with a single activation domain to show a favourable safety profile and clinical efficacy with two patients who achieved durable responses up to 28 months in a cohort with heavily pretreated B cell malignancies.

This part reviews the management of chronic cough and proposes a management algorithm. Despite proven improvements in quality of life following chronic cough treatment, a clear understanding of the disease and the evidence for the efficacy of some treatments remain vague. Eight key questions regarding the treatment in the uncertain areas were systematically addressed based on the PICO framework and applying the GRADE system for evidence synthesis to provide the strength of recommendation and quality of evidence for key questions, with narrative components for the description of other chronic cough treatment including non-pharmacological therapy.

The objective of this study was to examine the efficacy of the concurrent utilization of estradiol valerate and kuntai capsule (a Chinese herbal preparation) in addressing premature ovarian failure (POF) and its ramifications for ovarian hemodynamics and sex hormone levels. A retrospective study of 104 patients with POF was conducted, dividing them into control (n=50) and observation groups (n=54).
