Background: The LatAm-FINGERS trial marks a pioneering initiative as the first non-pharmacological clinical trial encompassing participants from 12 Latin American countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, and Uruguay.
