Our aim was to investigate the potential value of immune-related miRNA signaling in predicting clinical prognosis and immunotherapy. We first identified immune-related miRNAs in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), and then constructed a miRNA-based risk model by lasso regression modeling. Finally, we validated our findings using RT-qPCR in serum from LUAD patients and normal patients.

Background: Despite the current diagnostic techniques and therapeutic methods for colorectal cancer (CRC), patients are often diagnosed at advanced stages of colorectal cancer with poor prognosis and distant metastasis. Recently, numerous investigations have highlighted the crucial role of lncRNAs in cancer development, progression, invasion, and metastasis. This study investigated less well-characterized genes in the colorectal cancer metastasis process using bioinformatics analysis and their confirmation by experimental methods.

Objective: To investigate the expression of in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM) and its correlation with clinical features and prognosis.
Methods: 115 MM patients diagnosed and treated in the Department of Hematology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2013 to January 2017 and 115 non-tumor controls were enrolled in this study. Clinical characteristics, pathological data and therapeutic responses of the patients were collected.
Breast cancer is the leading cause of death and morbidity among women. A major challenge for clinical management of breast cancer is the dissemination of breast cancer cells from the primary tumor site via lymphatic drainage, resulting in metastatic tumor spread. Recent studies have found that high expression of the microRNA miR-146a-5p is associated with better survival outcomes for breast cancer patients.

Methods: RNA-seq and clinical HCC data from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) were analyzed for differential expression of microRNA (miRNAs), mRNAs, and lncRNAs.
