Background: The consequences of natural disasters, such as damage to food systems, destruction of transport infrastructure, and organizational issues, can threaten the food security of people. Background: Early-onset ischemic heart disease (IHD) is a growing burden associated with high disability and death.
Objectives: This study aimed to estimate the burden of incidence, prevalence, and disability-adjusted life years (DALY) of early-onset IHD from 1990 to 2019.
Methods: Data on the burden of early-onset IHD (men<55 years, women<65 years), including prevalence, incidence, DALY, and deaths, were collected from the Global Burden of Disease study for 204 countries and territories from 1990 to 2019.

Autoimmune enteropathy (AIE) is a rare immune mediated disorder primarily affecting children, characterized by chronic diarrhea, malabsorption, vomiting, weight loss and villous atrophy. It has also been observed in adults presenting diagnostic and treatment challenges due to its overlap with other gastrointestinal disorders such as celiac disease. Initial diagnostic criteria for AIE include small bowel villous atrophy, lack of response to dietary restrictions, presence of anti-enterocyte antibodies, and predisposition to autoimmunity without severe immunodeficiency.

Objective: This study examined the psychometric properties of a newly developed scale for measuring subjective cognitive reserve (SCR) across multiple domains, including nutrition, physical condition, sleep, cognition, willingness to learn, socialization, general health, and life plan.
Method: The relationship between SCR scores and other established measures of cognitive reserve and subjective cognitive decline was also explored. A sample of 402 healthy participants aged 18 to 79 years took part in the study.
