This is the second of two articles focusing on ideological and philosophical preferences for relating to and conducting research in the field of systemic couple and family therapy (CFT). To emphasize the need for the field of systemic CFT to be based on the best available knowledge, in the first article, we argue the benefits of applying the principles of evidence-based practice, and in the current article, we present the rationale behind the contents of a program for systemic family therapy research that safeguards methodological multiplicity. The need for multi-methodological systemic research is also recognized on the basis of the authors' self-reflexive accounts of overcoming barriers to learning skills and deepening their understanding of quantitative methods. We thus argue that trans-methodological reflexivity is necessary and we argue a preference for methodological multiplicity that includes statistical competency as regards the interdependence of observations (i.e., nonindependence), and we further argue that these are crucial components of a systemic research program.

Background: Limited information is available on the value of integrating family planning and nutrition services to improve related outcomes among women of reproductive age and effective approaches to achieve this. This study aimed to ascertain the perspectives and experiences of global and regional stakeholders about integrating family planning and nutrition services, examine facilitators and barriers and identify opportunities and considerations for integration.
Methods: We conducted semistructured interviews with 34 global and regional stakeholders in family planning, nutrition and related domains.
Purpose: Holistic review for admissions is designed to mitigate the common systemic barriers applicants may face in their medical school application journey and the common mistakes committed by admissions committees, but limited literature outlines how this can be modeled. This study examined a blinded holistic admissions approach that emphasized mission and value alignment and the resulting characteristics of applicants by admission status.
Method: Application data from 2,027 applicants to The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine with complete secondary applications for the 2022 to 2023 cycle were analyzed.

Amyloidosis is a group of proteinopathies characterized by the systemic or organ-specific deposition of proteins in the form of amyloid fibers. Nearly 40 proteins play a role in these pathologies, and the structures of the associated fibers are beginning to be determined by Cryo-EM. Understanding how systemic racism impacts care and learning from families of color about their experiences can provide critical insights for improving clinical practice and engaging patients equitably in ADHD care. We interweave a mother's experience navigating ADHD care for her son with commentary from an interprofessional team about what clinicians can do for families to reduce the impact of systemic racism on care.
