Henoch-Schönlein Purpura (HSP), or IgA vasculitis, is a systemic inflammatory disorder primarily affecting children. While common symptoms include purpura, abdominal pain, and arthritis, testicular involvement is rare. We report a case of a young boy presenting with severe scrotal pain and swelling, later identified as epididymo-orchitis secondary to HSP.

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common non-melanoma type of skin cancer described in humans that originates in the epidermis, more specifically in the basal layer and its appendages. Environmental, genetic and phenotypic factors contribute to the onset of this cancer; however, damage caused by ultraviolet radiation from sunlight is the primary risk factor. The emergence of this neoplasm in unexposed body areas, such as the soles, groin, armpit, scrotum or vulva is very rare.

Introduction: Laparoscopic Fowler Stephens orchidopexy, single stage or two-stage, is now routinely performed in non-palpable testis. We performed second stage orchidopexy as open inguinal approach and compared the outcome of this approach to two-staged laparoscopic orchidopexy.
Methods: We performed a prospective randomized interventional study of two different approaches for intra-abdominal testis.
