The Nancy Regional University Hospital is strongly committed to the development of advanced practice nursing. Currently, 23 advanced practice nurses (APNs) are working at the hospital. The care department, which is responsible for their future positioning, has supported their implementation. The desire to work together on common projects quickly became apparent, and a group of APNs was formed over time, culminating in the creation of a collective. This feedback is the first step towards a multi-faceted partnership, and highlights an example of organization around this new profession.
