Background And Aims: Pilonidal sinus surgery (PSS) can be done with local anaesthetic infiltration, spinal anaesthesia, or general anaesthesia (GA). Erector spinae plane block (ESPB) is used for peri-operative analgesia. Erector spinae muscles extend to the sacral region, so it can provide post-operative analgesia in PSS.

Background: Pelvic reconstruction after type I + II (or type I + II + III) internal hemipelvectomy with extensive ilium removal is a great challenge. In an attempt to anatomically reconstruct the hip rotation center (HRC) and achieve a low mechanical failure rate, a custom-made, 3D-printed prosthesis with a porous articular interface was developed. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical outcomes of patients treated with this prosthesis.

Introduction: Maternal position plays an essential role in achieving labour progress as it supports the physiological mechanisms of labour. Evidence supports that adopting upright positions may facilitate physiological childbirth.
Aim: To describe the use of various positionsamong nulliparous pregnant women in the last 24 h before birth and describe physical positions in relation to maternal and neonatal outcomes at time of birth.

The handstand is an exercise performed in many sports, either for its own sake or as part of physical training. Unlike the upright bipedal standing posture, little is known about the sagittal alignment and balance of the spine during a handstand, which may hinder coaching and reduce the benefits of this exercise if not performed correctly. The purpose of this study was to quantify the sagittal alignment and balance of the spine during a handstand using radiographic images to characterize the strategies employed by the spino-pelvic complex during this posture.

: Instability is a major reason for revision after total hip arthroplasty (THA), and acetabular cup placement in the "traditional" safe zone does not protect against dislocations. Spinopelvic mobility may play a role in impingement and dislocation after THA. Personalized acetabular cup placement that incorporates spinopelvic mobility is currently lacking in the literature.
