Purpose: To report a case series on using a novel semi-branch feature in custom-made stent-grafts in the endovascular treatment of complex aortic aneurysms and summarize the contemporary usage of this technology.
Case Series: Four patients underwent endovascular aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR) with a custom-made semi-branch stent-graft (Semi-Branch Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair [SBEVAR]). Two male patients, 75- and 76-year-old, were treated due to failed EVAR with late-type Ia endoleak, and the other two, 80- and 55-year-old male patients, due to a juxta-renal aortic abdominal aneurysm (JRAAA).

Repair or palliation of pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum (PA/IVS) often falls into one of 4 categories: cardiac transplant, 2-ventricular circulation, 1.5 ventricle circulation, or single ventricle circulation. The optimal management strategy has been an area of much debate.

Background: Bioresorbable scaffolds (BRS) were developed to overcome limitations related to late stent failures of drug-eluting stents, but lumen reductions over time after implantation of BRS have been reported. This study aimed to investigate if lesion preparation with a scoring balloon compared with a standard noncompliant balloon minimizes lumen reduction after implantation of a Magmaris BRS assessed with optical coherence tomography and intravascular ultrasound.
Methods: Eighty-two patients with stable angina were randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to lesion preparation with a scoring balloon versus a standard noncompliant balloon before implantation of a Magmaris BRS.

Background: Coarctation of the aorta (CoA) is a narrowing of the aorta that affects 5-8% of congenital heart defects. Treatment options include surgical repair or transcatheter management with endovascular stenting or balloon dilatation. Late complications after operative repair include systemic hypertension, aortic valve abnormalities, aortic aneurysm, and recoarctation.

Background: First-generation bioresorbable scaffolds (BRS) increased risks of stent thrombosis and adverse events. The Bioheart scaffold is a new poly-L-lactic acid-based BRS.
Objectives: This study sought to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the BRS in patients with coronary artery disease.
