Mental health issues in adolescents with obesity are multifold, with no explicit screening recommendations. The aim of this research is to explore how this screening is performed by physicians and, thus, how it impacts adolescents' care pathways, offering insights into how to improve it through a qualitative study using interpretative phenomenological analysis. Twenty physicians (non-psychiatrist physicians and child and adolescent psychiatrists) involved at various stages in the care pathway were interviewed with semi-structured questionnaires.

High-grade transformation of a polymorphous adenocarcinoma of the salivary gland: a case report and review of the literature.

Background: Polymorphous adenocarcinoma (PAC) represents the second most widespread neoplasm of the minor salivary glands. These tumors rarely develop a histological progression from low-grade to high-grade malignancy, named "high-grade transformation" (HGT). Only nine cases are described in literature.

In Bangladesh, tuberculosis and leprosy are endemic mycobacterial diseases; however, co-infection is rarely seen. Our patient had a high-grade fever, symmetrical polyarthritis, polymorphous erythematous lesions, widespread lymphadenopathy, peripheral neuropathy, bilaterally thickened ulnar nerves, and claw hands. A lymph node biopsy revealed tuberculosis having acid-fast bacilli with caseating epithelioid histiocytic granuloma.
