Oriental species of the genus are herein revised for the first time. Eight species are recognized as distinct based on morphological characters of adults. One species is described as new: sp. nov., from India, whereas the name (nom. nov.) is proposed for Voss, 1957 (not Stierlin, 1893). The following new synonymy is established: Desbrochers des Loges, 1890 (= Faust, 1898 syn. nov.). Lectotypes of Faust, 1898; Voss, 1957; Desbrochers des Loges, 1890; Pascoe, 1883; and Wingelmüller, 1915, are designated.

Weevils represent one of the most speciose and economically important animal clades, but remain poorly studied across much of the Oriental Region. Here, an integrative revision of the Oriental, flightless genus Voss, 1957 (Curculionidae: Molytinae) based on X-ray microtomography, multi-gene DNA barcoding (CO1, Cytb, 16S), and traditional morphological techniques (light microscopy, dissections) is presented. Background: Verubecestat, a BACE1 inhibitor that reduces Aβ levels in the cerebrospinal fluid of humans, was not effective in a phase 3 trial (EPOCH) of mild-to-moderate AD and was associated with adverse events. To assist in the development of BACE1 inhibitors, we report detailed safety findings from EPOCH.
Methods: EPOCH was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled 78-week trial evaluating verubecestat 12 mg and 40 mg in participants with mild-to-moderate AD diagnosed clinically.

Amplitude models are constructed to describe the resonance structure of and decays using collision data collected at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV with the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 . The largest contributions to both decay amplitudes are found to come from axial resonances, with decay modes and being prominent in and , respectively.
