Background: Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a systemic neoplasia with diverse clinical manifestations, predominantly affecting bone and skin. However, in children, LCH presenting primarily with cholestasis is rare.
Case Summary: We present the case of a 22-month-old boy who was admitted to our hospital with a history of intermittent fever and abdominal distension for over 2 months, and jaundice for over 1 month.

Little is documented about the frequency and management of allergic reactions to hypoglossal nerve stimulator implants. This case describes a 69-year-old female with obstructive sleep apnea who received the hypoglossal nerve stimulator device and had an adverse reaction concerning for an allergic reaction to the medical device. The complication was managed via topical steroids, and while the patient's symptoms initially resolved, she experiences continued intermittent maculopapular pruritic rashes approximately once per week.

Objectives: We introduced selpercatinib prior to radioactive iodine therapy prior to radioactive iodine therapy (RAI) for pediatric papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) to enhance the tumorical effects of RAI.
Case Presentation: PTC has an excellent prognosis but is commonly associated with local and distant metastases. Successful complete response to the current standard of care, thyroidectomy with lymph node resection and RAI, is achieved in only a small minority of cases with metastases.

Background: Adverse reactions induced by isoosmolar contrast medium (iodixanol) are mostly mild, with rashes and headaches being the most common. Although anaphylactic shock has been reported, no related incidents have been documented on cerebral angiography.
Objective: This article reports a serious case of anaphylactic shock possibly induced by iodixanol and provides an overview of the case report.
