A 10-year-old spayed mixed breed dog presented with severe neurological signs. Computed tomography revealed a cranial mediastinal mass, osteolysis of the right second rib and second thoracic vertebra, tracheobronchial and mesenteric lymph node enlargement, pneumonia and pleural effusion. Magnetic resonance imaging detected lesions in the white matter of the right frontal lobe and left cerebral hemisphere with contrast-enhanced T1-weighted images showing demarcated enhancement.

Introduction: Lung isolation is primarily accomplished using a double-lumen tube (DLT) or bronchial blocker. A precise and accurate size of the DLT is a prerequisite for ensuring its accurate placement. Three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction technology can be used to accurately reproduce tracheobronchial structures to improve the accuracy of DLT size selection.

Here we reported a case of a 52-year-old male with a 13-year history of Crohn's disease who developed disseminated tuberculosis after 2 injections of infliximab. The patient was admitted with a chief complaint of fever with headache of 1 month's duration. DNA was found positive in cerebrospinal fluid and lavage fluid by lumbar puncture and bronchoscopy.
