Our memories reflect professional meetings and our private relationship with Mary Main for over more than 50 years, working, travelling jointly, and celebrating together. Klaus met Mary Main at Mary Ainsworth's lab in 1973 in Baltimore. Mary Main's and our own longitudinal studies both started at the same time in which attachment research became a focus of several research groups.

Islam allows for polygamy under conditions of justice and ability. However, many doubt the ability to engage in polygamy for fear of unexpected and substantially challenging consequences in the future. To help individuals understand themselves, the polygamy anxiety scale (PAS) was developed.

Radiofrequency ablation is a treatment option for primary and secondary lung tumors, particularly in non-surgical patients. Although it is considered a safe and effective procedure, various complications can occur. Most of these adverse events are self-limiting and can be treated conservatively; however, some may be severe and require intervention.

Objective: This study was undertaken to test the following hypotheses in the Atp1a3 mouse (which carries the most common human ATP1A3 (the major subunit of the neuronal Na/K-adenosine triphosphatase [ATPase]) mutation, D801N): sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP) occurs during seizures and is due to terminal apneas in some and due to lethal cardiac arrhythmias in others; and Atp1a3 mice have central cardiorespiratory dysregulation and abnormal respiratory drive.
Methods: Comparison was made of littermate wild-type and Atp1a3 groups using (1) simultaneous in vivo video-telemetry recordings of electroencephalogram, electrocardiogram, and breathing; (2) whole-body plethysmography; and (3) hypoglossal nerve recordings.
Results: In Atp1a3 mice, (1) SUDEP consistently occurred during seizures that were more severe than preterminal seizures; (2) seizure clustering occurred in periods preceding SUDEP; (3) slowing of breathing rate (BR) and heart rate was observed preictally before preterminal and terminal seizures; and (4) the sequence during terminal seizures was as follows: bradypnea with bradycardia/cardiac arrhythmias, then terminal apnea, followed by terminal cardiac arrhythmias.

Objective: To determine the incidence and describe the presentation and management of unexpected symptomatic glucocorticoid-induced adrenal suppression (AS) in children and young people aged 0-15 years.
Setting And Design: Surveillance study of symptomatic glucocorticoid (GC)-induced AS with supportive biochemical evidence or presenting as an adrenal crisis, reported via the British Paediatric Surveillance Unit (BPSU) from September 2020 to September 2022.
Results: Over a 25-month period, 190 reports of symptomatic GC-induced AS/adrenal crisis were made, of which 22 were confirmed cases: 18 AS and 4 adrenal crises.
