In this paper, we recount the medical trajectories of two male patients, both fourteen years of age, who sustained re-fractures of their radius and ulna six months post their primary diaphyseal fractures. Owing to the limited capacity for growth of the forearm bones between the ages of ten to sixteen years, many queries are engendered concerning apt treatment strategies. The pressing questions are whether these should be conservative or surgical and the precise method to be employed in surgical interventions. This discourse endeavors to demarcate preferred therapeutic options and shed light on a series of standard clinical dilemmas physicians encounter, along with an exhaustive scrutiny of existing literature.

Urban sensing has become increasingly important as cities evolve into the centers of human activities. Large language models (LLMs) offer new opportunities for urban sensing based on commonsense and worldview that emerged through their language-centric framework. This paper illustrates the transformative impact of LLMs, particularly in the potential of advancing next-generation urban sensing for exploring urban mechanisms.

Available literature suggests that ABNS nurses are underrepresented in nursing and that they encounter discrimination throughout the health system. Understanding the experiences of ABNS nurses facilitates addressing antiBlack racism in nursing and healthcare.

The main features of complex post-traumatic stress disorder, that is, affective and behavioral dysregulation, altered self-experience and identity disturbances, relational difficulties, negative self-concepts, and negative pathogenic beliefs, are, at the same time, therapeutic goals and obstacles to treatment. Therefore, clinicians must be aware of these difficulties in order to identify them and be ready to treat them when they arise during therapy with the same client.
