Importance: The number of older adults in long-term correctional facilities (prisons) has increased rapidly in recent years. The cognitive and functional status of this population is not well understood due to limitations in the availability of longitudinal data.
Objective: To comparatively examine the prevalence and disability status of the population of adults 55 years and older in prisons and adults living in community settings for a 14-year period (2008-2022).

Sleep problems are common in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with potential repercussions on neurobehavioral functioning exacerbating socio-communicative impairments and aggressive behaviors. Parent reports are the most used method to assess sleep in pediatric populations and a modified 23-item of Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ) for ASD has been proposed in the United States. The generalizability of the CSHQ for ASD has yet to be validated across countries, including Italy.

Purpose: Loneliness is a pervasive phenomenon that is linked to adverse health outcomes. Unemployed individuals with mental illnesses (UMIs) constitute a high-risk group, with substantial implications for both health and vocational (re)integration. This study aims to gain deeper insights into the relationships between psychological problems and symptoms of psychopathology and loneliness in UMIs.

Introduction: The rise of recent novel therapies teclistamab, elranatamab, and talquetamab for the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) is a rapidly evolving area with significant clinical implications that require exploration and evaluation.
Areas Covered: The current review highlights the clinical trial data, safety endpoints, and practical administration considerations for the bispecific therapies currently used in multiple myeloma. This article reviewed the efficacy and safety results between the three different bispecifics, and the differences in dosing and monitoring requirements.
