Purpose Of Review: This article discusses a tailored approach to managing cardiogenic shock and temporary mechanical circulatory support (tMCS). We also outline specific mobilization strategies for patients with different tMCS devices and configurations, which can be enabled by this tailored approach to cardiogenic shock management.
Recent Findings: Safe and effective mobilization of patients with cardiogenic shock receiving tMCS can be accomplished.

Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics and risk factors for adverse outcomes in patients with Sjögren's Syndrome-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (SS-PAH).
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on SS-PAH patients diagnosed by right heart catheterization (RHC) between March 2013 and March 2024 across four Chinese medical centers. Patients were categorized into primary SS-PAH (pSS-PAH) and overlap SS-PAH, based on the presence of additional autoimmune diseases.

Despite the importance of as a cause of cardiac dysfunction and the dramatic socioeconomic impact of African trypanosomiases in sub-Saharan Africa, there are currently no reproducible murine models of associated cardiomyopathy.

It may cause left ventricular outflow tract stenosis, which requires surgical treatment in severe cases. The coexistence of discrete subvalvular aortic stenosis and quadricuspid aortic valve is a highly unusual finding.
