Electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) have increased in popularity and usage over the last few decades. There is rising concern regarding the long-term effects of e-cigs on human health, considering their relatively recent introduction to the market. E-cigs are generally composed of a liquid containing nicotine and various chemicals, a battery, a vaporization chamber, and a coil that serves to heat the liquid upon inhalation of the mouthpiece.

Current scientific evidence shows both the relationship between good physical condition and a lower incidence of certain chronic diseases (including smoking), as well as the efficacy of cytisinicline. The aim of this protocol is to evaluate the efficacy of the synergistic effect of the combination of targeted physical exercise, together with brief advice and taking the drug cytisinicline, to achieve smoking cessation. : We propose an experimental, multicentre, randomised, controlled study with two parallel arms to be carried out by a multidisciplinary team in the primary care setting of the Andalusian public health system (APHS) in Spain, with a follow-up of 12 months.

Introduction: The provision of treatment for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients has increased in Korea. However, multicenter studies on the clinicopathologic dataset and treatment outcomes, using a large-scale dataset, have not been conducted. The current study is a prospective and retrospective multicenter observational cohort study that registers all stages of EGFR-mutated NSCLC patients.

Introduction: Sales of oral nicotine pouches (ONPs), including brands such as Zyn, on!, Velo, and Rogue, have risen precipitously in the US. One potential driver of ONP use may be exposure to the products and their marketing in local tobacco retailers.
