We report a case of partial lobectomy in a patient with Marfan syndrome. A 56-year-old woman with Marfan syndrome was scheduled for partial lobectomy for suspected lung cancer under general anesthesia. She underwent a Bentall operation and mitral valve replacement 10 months before and strict blood pressure management was required.

A 70-year-old man underwent right lower lobectomy for primary lung cancer under general anesthesia. He developed pneumothorax on postoperative day (POD) 14, which led to subcutaneous emphysema.
