Background Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease that mostly affects women and has a noteworthy gender gap. Although the precise effects of sex hormones on SLE are yet unknown, they may modulate the immune response and affect the severity of the illness. Two important sex hormones that have a possible influence on autoimmune processes are prolactin and testosterone.

Background: Mammographic density has been associated with breast cancer risk, and is modulated by established breast cancer risk factors, such as reproductive and hormonal history, as well as lifestyle. Recent epidemiological and biological findings underscore the recognized benefits of breastfeeding in reducing breast cancer risk, especially for aggressive subtypes. Current research exploring the association among mammographic density, breastfeeding, and breast cancer is sparse.

Sturge-Weber syndrome (SWS) is a rare congenital disorder marked by facial port-wine birthmarks, neurological impairments, and ocular anomalies. Our case report describes a 20-year-old man with SWS who presented with right-sided weakness, slurred speech, and oral dyskinesia. Laboratory studies demonstrated elevated prolactin levels, and imaging confirmed a pituitary macroadenoma.
