Aim: This study's aims are: 1) To use the Delphi method to determine the level of consensus among HPs as regards the factors involved in the current approach to patients with AD; 2) To identify potential areas for improvement in hospital pharmacy in terms of dealing with patients with severe AD; and 3) To contribute to adequate pharmaceutical care for patients with AD by drawing up recommendations.

Methods: A two-round Delphi survey with participation from HPs from all over Spain. Three theme-based blocks were set out: 1) AD; 2) Management of patients with severe AD in the Hospital Pharmacy setting; and 3) Unmet needs (pathology, patient, treatment and management).

Results: The 42 HPs participating reached a consensus in recognizing the impact of severe AD on the patients suffering from it, the need to encourage adherence and the recommendations to use scales that take into account the patient's quality of life and indicators of the patient's experience. It has also been demonstrated that it is worthwhile evaluating the results in real clinical practice in consensus with other specialists from the multidisciplinary team. Finally, it is advisable to use drugs that have demonstrated long-term effectiveness and safety for patients with severe AD, given the disease´s chronic nature.

Conclusions: This Delphi consensus highlights the impact of severe AD on patients, the importance of a multidisciplinary and holistic approach, in which HP play a major role. It also highlights the importance of increased access to new drugs to improve health outcomes.

Fas has been shown to positively regulate the differentiation of T helper 17 (Th17) cells in mouse models of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). Fas protein expression is regulated by ubiquitination but has not been further studied. In this study, we investigated the role of the Fas ubiquitin ligase in Th17 cell differentiation and highlighted its potential as a therapeutic target for EAE.

Fibrates can prevent and treat ischemic stroke (IS), the occurrence and development of IS is closely related to hypoxia-inducible factor-1A (HIF-1A). However, the exact mechanism by which fibrates regulate HIF-1A to treat IS remains unclear. So network pharmacology and molecular docking were used to explore the mechanism by which fibrates regulate HIF-1A to treat IS, firstly, the structure of five fibrates were obtained by reviewing the literature and pharmacopoeia, then the potential targets of fibrates, IS, HIF1A and HIF1A-related genes were obtained through various databases, their common targets were obtained through Venny 2.

Oral cancer progresses from asymptomatic to advanced stages, often involving cervical lymph node metastasis, resistance to chemotherapy, and an unfavorable prognosis. Clarifying its potential mechanisms is vital for developing effective theraputic strategies. Recent research suggests a substantial involvement of non-coding RNA (ncRNA) in the initiation and advancement of oral cancer.

Chemotherapy is still one of the major approaches in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) treatment. The development of new formulations for classic chemotherapeutic drugs remains interests in studies. Camptothecin (CPT) is powerful antitumor agents in TNBC treatment though its clinic applications are limited by its low water solubility and systemic toxicity.
