By addressing patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and environmental comfort needs holistically, Kolcaba's Comfort Theory raises the standard of care and increases patient satisfaction. This study explored the combined application of these nursing models during the perioperative period for patients undergoing nasal deformity correction surgery. 92 patients undergoing nasal deformity correction at the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were randomly divided into two groups: the conventional group (46 patients), which received standard perioperative nursing care, and the experimental group (46 patients), which received concept map thinking nursing combined with Kolcaba's comfort nursing intervention during the perioperative period.

Background: Anthropometric analysis of the midface is essential, especially for rhinoplasty surgeons, medical aesthetics, medical jurisprudence, and anthropology. The aim of this study was to provide data to describe of the anthropometric dimensions of the nose and face among Caucasian young adults in order to establish reference values.

Background: Unilateral cleft lip secondary nasal deformities are common and require surgical correction frequently. The nasal dome on the cleft side is depressed, and the nasal ala is in an extended and flattened position compared with the noncleft side. Objective: To determine the effect of the nose and chin on the cephalometric lip profile.
Methods And Material: The pre-treatment lateral cephalograms of 177 adult patients with no history of orthodontic treatment were manually traced. The sample size was divided into three vertical and horizontal groups using angle ANB and MMA to assess the difference in nose and chin forms.
