Lymphatic Malformations (LMs) are benign congenital malformations of the lymphatic system that commonly involve the abdomen in children (mesentery of the small intestine and omentum). The management of these malformations is not unique. 7 children with different ages (range: newborn to 14 years), diagnosis was incidental in some cases, while in others for abdominal pain.

Methods: This cohort study included UC patients who underwent colectomy between 2003 and 2022 at two referral centres in Belgium and the Netherlands. Exposure was use of advanced medical therapies.

Study Objective: Nontraumatic, incidental findings on computed tomography (CT) may be discovered after blunt abdominal trauma in children; however, the rate and importance of these findings are not well known. The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence and types of incidental CT findings among injured children undergoing abdominal/pelvic CT.
Methods: This was a planned secondary analysis of a multicenter prospective cohort study of children (<18 years) who underwent abdominal/pelvic CT after blunt trauma.

Fibromuscular Dysplasia (FMD) is a nonatherosclerotic, noninflammatory vascular disorder predominantly affecting women aged 18 to 65 years. This case report highlights a 74-year-old female diagnosed with FMD incidentally during evaluation for deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Imaging revealed significant vascular anomalies, including a giant intracranial carotid aneurysm and a hypoplastic iliac vein with extensive collateral formation.

Phlebolith is a term that refers to round-shaped calcified thrombi commonly located in the pelvic region. The occurrence of dense, linear calcifications or phlebolith-like formations within the soft tissues of the lower extremities, particularly in the superficial femoral, greater saphenous, or popliteal veins, is rare. This study presents the case of a 73-year-old woman who was being evaluated for postmenopausal bleeding.
