CRSwNP patients had decreased nNO and increased SNOT-22, endoscopy, and CT scores. CRSwNP patients exhibited decreased nNO despite elevated iNOS and eNOS mRNA expression. The mechanism behind lowered nNO in CRSwNP may not be related to NOS expression.
