The literature on nursing leadership tends to be mainly based on Western perspectives and models, which could be viewed as an imperialistic and colonialist aspect of nursing knowledge development. Furthermore, leadership competencies and skills could differ across countries due to variations in cultural backgrounds. The purpose of this discussion paper is to identify essential competencies of leaders from Asian nurse leaders' perspectives and provide suggestions for future nursing leadership.

Epiphytic fungi evolved several times in Dothideomycetes, particularly within the orders Asterinales, Capnodiales, Microthyriales, and Zeloasperisporiales, but also in other, less obvious lineages. In this study, a new genus and species, and , isolated from the sooty mould community on the leaves of in Poland, are described based on morphology and phylogenetic analysis using sequences of four DNA loci (LSU, ITS, SSU, and ). Due to single isolation, it is unclear whether represents a very rare or accidental inhabitant of sooty mould communities.
