Background And Objective: Personal wheelchair budgets (PWBs) are offered to everyone in England eligible for a wheelchair provided through the National Health Service (NHS) to support their choice of equipment. The WATCh (Wheelchair outcomes Assessment Tool for Children) and related WATCh-Ad for adults are patient-centred outcome measures (PCOMs) developed to help individual users express their main outcome needs when obtaining a wheelchair and rate their satisfaction with subsequent outcomes after receiving their equipment. Use was explored in a real-world setting, aiming to produce guidance for use alongside the PWB process.

A dental practice website can be a valuable source of information to these patients that may need comprehensive or adjusted care. Background: The Philippine General Hospital (PGH) is a tertiary government hospital that serves as the national referral center for Filipinos from across the country. In partnership with Latter-Day Saint Charities (LDSC), PGH has been serving patients in need of mobility devices, such as wheelchairs, through in-person services from screening to assessment, measurement, assembly, fitting, and mobility training. Given the patients' barriers to in-person follow-up consultations, regular healthcare provision has been challenging.

This research aimed to understand the range and type of manual wheelchair training approaches that exist for adults commencing wheelchair use.
Method: A systematic scoping review involved searching eight electronic databases and grey literature up to September 2023.
