Chondromyxoid fibroma (CMF) in the foot is a rare condition. We report a case of CMF in a 7-year-old girl, affecting the distal phalanx of the great toe. Radiographs revealed a lytic lesion involving the entire distal phalanx, with destruction of both the medial and lateral cortices, while the articular surfaces remained intact.

Background: Tropical Candida spondylitis is an uncommon cause of lower back pain in patients, especially in non-tropical areas or in patients not at risk of immunocompromise.
Case Presentation: A 65-year-old woman presented with a six-month history of poorly managed low back pain, now accompanied by numbness and pain in both lower extremities. Her medical history was significant for tertiary hypertension.

Percutaneous trigeminal ganglion stimulation (TGS) has been rarely reported as a potential treatment option for alleviating pain associated with this condition. The present study investigated the application of percutaneous TGS in a series of patients suffering from Zoster-related trigeminal neuralgia to evaluate its potential efficacy of pain relief.
