In this column, the author explains that there are illusions in teaching-learning in nurse education; sometimes they do not honor the values of teachers or learners. From a humanbecoming perspective, nurse educators cocreate an educational journey with learners, valuing the indivisible, unpredictable, everchanging humanuniverse in coming-to-know the truth for the moment.
