Language is acquired and processed in complex and dynamic naturalistic contexts, involving the simultaneous processing of connected speech, faces, bodies, objects, etc. How words and their associated concepts are encoded in the brain during real-world processing is still unknown. Here, the representational structure of concrete and abstract concepts was investigated during movie watching to address the extent to which brain responses dynamically change depending on visual context.

Introduction: Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) is a safe and widespread treatment option for abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Unfavourable anatomy, such as hostile neck and aorto-iliac atherosclerosis, can lead to many complications and compromise the long term reliability of the endograft, resulting in a high rate of EVAR failure. Intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) has emerged as an alternative treatment to address severe iliofemoral atherosclerosis, aiding trackability of devices in EVAR.

Background: Coronary bifurcation lesions (CBL) comprise 15 %-20 % of percutaneous coronary procedures and remain a challenge despite advances in stent and interventional techniques. The BioMime™ Branch sirolimus-eluting coronary side-branch stent (BBSES) is specifically designed for CBL treatment in conjunction with a standard drug-eluting stent (DES). We report the first single-center experience of treating complex CBL with the novel BBSES.

Unlabelled: Cats () have become an integral part of many households. However, our understanding of the full spectrum of pathogens affecting cats (referred to as the infectome) is limited, mainly due to the inadequacy of commonly used diagnostic tools in capturing the complete diversity of potential pathogens and the prevalence of pathogen co-infections. In this study, we employed a meta-transcriptomic approach to simultaneously characterize the infectome contributing to different disease syndromes and to investigate spatial, demographic, and ecological factors influencing pathogen diversity and community composition in a cohort of 27 hospitalized cats and seven stray cats.
