Unlabelled: Human mobility restriction policies have been widely used to contain the coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19). However, a critical question is how these policies affect individuals' behavioral and psychological well-being during and after confinement periods. Here, we analyze China's five most stringent city-level lockdowns in 2021, treating them as natural experiments that allow for examining behavioral changes in millions of people through smartphone application use. We made three fundamental observations. First, the use of physical and economic activity-related apps experienced a steep decline, yet apps that provide daily necessities maintained normal usage. Second, apps that fulfilled lower-level human needs, such as working, socializing, information seeking, and entertainment, saw an immediate and substantial increase in screen time. Those that satisfied higher-level needs, such as education, only attracted delayed attention. Third, human behaviors demonstrated resilience as most routines resumed after the lockdowns were lifted. Nonetheless, long-term lifestyle changes were observed, as significant numbers of people chose to continue working and learning online, becoming "digital residents." This study also demonstrates the capability of smartphone screen time analytics in the study of human behaviors.

Prostate cancer, a common malignancy in older men, often requires laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, considered the gold standard treatment. However, postoperative complications can significantly impact quality of life and psychological well-being. The emergence of mobile internet health management offers a promising approach for accessible and effective post-discharge care.

Background: This study addresses the determination of educational intervention-based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB)-effectiveness on continued breastfeeding among Iranian mothers attending health centers, considering low researchers' attention to the continued breastfeeding index despite its important impact on children's health.
Methods: The present study was conducted among 230 mothers with exclusively breastfed infant (115 in the intervention group and 115 in the control group). Sampling starts with randomly selecting 12 health centers among all health centers in Karaj, Alborz province, and allocating them randomly into two equal groups of intervention and control.

Developing a fluorescence sensing platform for point-of-care detection of low abundance biomarkers is highly valuable for early diagnosis of disease. Herein, a biomimetic fluorescence-enhanced platform based on photonic crystals and DNAzyme walker was constructed and further applied to visualize and quantify the miRNA-21 in biological samples. The DNAzyme walker was orthogonally activated by the target miRNA-21, which enabled the unlocking of the DNAzyme walker strand and the subsequently repeated substrate cleavage, thus generating enhanced fluorescence signals.

Development of accurate, convenient and portable methods for monitoring 4-aminophenol (4-AP) is extremely important because of its strong toxicity. Here, a ratiometric fluorescence sensor based on Ag-enhanced luminescence of Tb-DNA complexes has been presented for the detection of 4-AP. The luminescence of Tb-DNA complexes is enhanced about 30 times by Ag, which can trigger energy transfer from DNA to Tb more efficiently.

Objectives: This study aimed to develop a mobile application (App) to be used by primary care teams in the active search for functional impairment, long-term symptoms, and disabilities in individuals who have recovered from COVID-19, contributing to early treatment and referrals for multidisciplinary care and rehabilitation. This experimental study used the minimum viable product (MVP) methodology to develop an App named ReabilitaCOVID.
Methods: This methodology involves ideation, content creation, prototype creation, usability tests, and adjustments based on feedback.
