Amidst the backdrop of the profound synergy between navigation and visual perception, there is an urgent demand for accurate real-time vehicle positioning in urban environments. However, the existing global navigation satellite system (GNSS) algorithms based on Kalman filters fall short of precision. In response, we introduce an elastic filtering algorithm with visual perception for vehicle GNSS navigation and positioning.

Global warming has profound effects on precipitation patterns, leading to more frequent and extreme precipitation events over the world. These changes pose significant challenges to the sustainable development of socio-economic and ecological environments. This study evaluated the performance of the new generation of the mesoscale Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model in simulating long-term extreme precipitation events over the Minjiang River Basin (MRB) of China from 1981 to 2020.

This work addresses the position tracking control design of the stator vane driven by electro-hydrostatic actuators facing uncertain aerodynamic disturbances. Rapidly changing aerodynamic conditions impose complex disturbance torques on the guide vanes. Consequently, a challenging task is to enhance control precision in complex uncertain environments.

Purpose: The segmentation of target volume and organs at risk (OAR) was a significant part of radiotherapy. Specifically, determining the location and scale of the esophagus in simulated computed tomography images was difficult and time-consuming primarily due to its complex structure and low contrast with the surrounding tissues. In this study, an Enhanced Cross-stage-attention U-Net was proposed to solve the segmentation problem for the esophageal gross tumor volume (GTV) and clinical tumor volume (CTV) in CT images.

The cannabinoid receptor 1 (CBR) regulates synaptic transmission in the central nervous system, but also has important roles in the peripheral organs controlling cellular metabolism. While earlier generations of brain penetrant CBR antagonists advanced to the clinic for their effective treatment of obesity, such molecules were ultimately shown to exhibit negative effects on central reward pathways that thwarted their further therapeutic development. The peripherally restricted CBR inverse agonists MRI-1867 and MRI-1891 represent a new generation of compounds that retain the metabolic benefits of CBR inhibitors while sparing the negative psychiatric effects.
