We determine the product of the expansion rate and angular-diameter distance at redshift z=2.3 from the anisotropy of Lyman-α (Lyα) forest correlations measured by the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). Our result is the most precise from large-scale structure at z>1. Using the flat Λ cold dark matter model we determine the matter density to be Ω_{m}=0.36_{-0.04}^{+0.03} from Lyα alone. This is a factor of 2 tighter than baryon acoustic oscillation results from the same data due to our use of a wide range of scales (25

Patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) progressing after chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy (CAR T) have dismal outcomes. The prespecified post-CAR T expansion cohort of the ELM-1 study investigated the efficacy and safety of odronextamab, a CD20×CD3 bispecific antibody, in patients with disease progression after CAR T. Sixty patients received IV odronextamab weekly for 4 cycles followed by maintenance until progression.

Background: Postoperative infection is one of the main complications that affect the surgical effect of auricular reconstruction with tissue expansion. Understanding the susceptible time and distribution of pathogens is especially important for the treatment.
Method: The data of patients with infection after auricular reconstruction with tissue expansion from September 1, 2018 to August 30, 2024 were collected retrospectively.
Background: With the rapid aging of the US population, the prevalence of dementia is projected to double. The enactment of the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid expansion could create opportunities for detection and classification of dementia. There are trends of increasing dementia mortality, however, it is unknown whether Medicaid expansion increased the reporting of dementia as the underlying cause of death (UCOD) or as a multiple cause of death (MCOD) among the elderly.

Background: Disease-modifying treatments for Alzheimer's disease (AD) are becoming available. To date, all current treatments require intravenous infusion, and concerns have emerged that lack of infusion capacity may limit access to treatment. We predict supply and demand for infusions for AD treatment in the US under different assumptions over a 10-year period.

Background: Cardiometabolic diseases and mental health disorders, which are high-risk factors for dementia and cognitive decline, are associated with higher mortality and morbidity with age. Interventions before age 60 may lessen the burden of cognitive and physical function in later life. Telehealth offers early intervention and solutions for their complex demands in continuous behavior monitoring and medication refilling.
