LH-RH and HCG stimulation tests were performed in a prepubertal 13-year-old boy with Noonan's syndrome. The basal plasma LH (0.8 mIU/ml) was normal and FSH (2.5 mIU/ml) high, with an elevated response of both LH (8.3 mIU/ml) and FSH (9.6 mIU/ml) to LH-RH, as seen in primary hypogonadism. However, the patient had a normal testosterone response to HCG (437 ng%). These conflicting test results illustrate the difficulty of predicting potential for fertility in patients with Turner phenotype male.

Background: Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists (GnRHa) are commonly used in assisted reproduction technology (ART) cycles to prevent a luteinising hormone (LH) surge during controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) prior to planned oocyte retrieval, thus optimising the chances of live birth. We compared the benefits and risks of the different GnRHa protocols used.
Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of different GnRHa protocols used as adjuncts to COH in women undergoing ART.

The Southern Rocky Mountain boreal toad (Anaxyrus boreas boreas) depends on both the rearing of wild-collected egg masses and a long-standing conservation breeding program (CBP), the latter of which heavily relies on assisted reproductive technologies (ARTs) to support wild populations. Achieving consistent reproductive success in the CBP, however, remains a significant challenge. Natural breeding has not led to a sustained increase in reproductive capacity, prompting the exploration of exogenous hormone treatments as an alternative strategy.

The capacity of recipients to support transferred embryos is a challenge for dairy cattle production systems. This review explores methods for increasing P4 to improve early pregnancy establishment in dairy cattle. A key aspect of P4 supplementation during the critical first weeks of pregnancy is its correlation with successful embryo elongation.

Here, we report on a rare case of a successful live birth in a patient with empty follicle syndrome. A 35-year-old woman with ovulatory disorder and a 4-year history of primary infertility conducted in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) treatment in our hospital. The patient experienced six controlled ovarian stimulation cycles.

Purpose: To evaluate the difference in the number of euploid blastocysts and cumulative live birth rate (LBR) between dual and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) triggers in poor and normal ovarian responders undergoing preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) cycles.
Methods: This retrospective cohort study was enrolled from July 2018 to December 2021 and followed up until June 2024 at a single reproductive medical center. Overall, 1040 in vitro fertilization (IVF)-PGT and 784 frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles were assessed.
