There is an agreement among patients, professionals, as well as leaders, and governance that person-centered care (PCC) is central to care quality. PCC care is a sharing of power to ensure that the answer to: "What matters to you?" drives care decisions. Thus, the patient voice needs to be represented in the EHR to support both patients and professionals in the shared decision-making process and enable PCC. The aim of this paper is therefore to investigate how to represent the patient voice in an EHR. This was a qualitative study of a co-design process with six patient-partners and a team of healthcare personnel. The result of the process was a template for the information needed to represent the patients' voice in the EHR based on three questions: "What is important for you right now?". "What matters to you in your life?". "What do you want your care team to know about your history?".

Purpose: To explore the efficacy of interventional ultrasound treatment for hoarseness caused by nondisconnected recurrent laryngeal nerve injury after thyroidectomy.
Materials And Methods: In this retrospective study, we analysed the clinical data of 21 patients who underwent interventional ultrasound therapy (ultrasound-guided injection of a Diprospan and saline mixture) for postthyroidectomy hoarseness at our hospital between August 1, 2023, and January 31, 2024 (the Diprospan group) and randomly selected 21 patients who did not receive any treatment for postthyroidectomy hoarseness during the same period as the control group. The average vocal cord activity improvement time for the Diprospan group was calculated and compared with that of untreated patients from previous studies.

Objective: The proportion of people having home dialysis for kidney disease varies considerably by treating centre, socioeconomic deprivation levels in the area and to some extent ethnicity. This study aimed to gain in-depth insights into cultural and organisational factors contributing to this variation in uptake.
Design: This is the first ethnographic study of kidney centre culture to focus on home dialysis uptake.
