Background: To meet the learning demands of new generation students, higher education institutions should apply relevant breakthroughs in science, technology, and education to update their educational policies or teaching techniques. Aim To investigate the relationship between nursing students' readiness and attitudes toward e-learning, as well as the role of self‑leadership in mediating this relationship.
Methods: This is a descriptive comparative research. A total of 410 students consented to participate after being recruited from two nursing colleges at Alexandria and Damanhur Universities in Egypt and completing self-administered, online surveys.
Results: The majority of the participants (83.3 % and 76.9 %, respectively) were female from Alexandria and Damanhur University, and their mean self‑leadership scores were 3.89.49 at Alexandria and 3.65.40 at Damanhur University. According to the SEM, self‑leadership accounted for 74 % of the variance in students' attitudes and 87 % of the variance in students' readiness for e-learning.
Conclusion: Self‑leadership is an important predictor of students' attitudes and readiness for e-learning. The study's implications: Self‑leadership allows students to accept responsibility for themselves, and the idea that one can be accountable for guiding oneself through life is thrilling, especially in today's environment.

In the field of clinical training, entrustable professional activities (EPAs) generally deal with those activities that health-care professionals will be encountering in their routine practice, and thus exposure to these activities prepares them for their future clinical practice. Workplace-based assessment tools have been used to assess the progress of medical students across these defined EPAs. The act of development of EPAs essentially requires the adoption of a systematic process to identify and define the core tasks and responsibilities that medical students must be able to perform independently in a specific specialty.

Background: Prior to enrolling in medical Spanish courses, students typically acquire their Spanish skills either through formal second language education only (L2 learners) or by being exposed to Spanish during childhood at home (heritage learners).
Objective: To categorize the language exposures of medical students who participated in a medical Spanish course and explore the associations of exposures with their medical language proficiency score on the Physician Oral Language Observation Matrix (POLOM).
Setting And Participants: Forty-one fourth-year medical students (2021-2022) self-reported demographics and prior language exposures and participated in videorecorded POLOM-rated Spanish standardized patient encounters.

This study employs a clustering approach to assess the readiness for interprofessional education (IPE) among students enrolled in health-related study programs in Albania. Among a sample of 1470 students, complete data were available for 1383 participants, while 87 cases had missing data. Three distinct clusters were identified using hierarchical clustering analysis based on age and readiness domains: Teamwork (TW) and Professional Practice Identity (PPI).
